This market is scheduled to close on December 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

This market will resolve to 'Yes' if Jair Bolsonaro is officially convicted by the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil (Supremo Tribunal Federal) for charges related to attempts to undermine Brazilian democracy, including but not limited to conspiracy to seize power, coup plotting, or attacks on democratic institutions, at any time before 2026-12-31T23:59:59Z. Otherwise, 'No'.

If the trial is postponed beyond 2026-12-31T23:59:59Z, or if Bolsonaro dies or is permanently incapacitated before a final verdict is reached, the market will resolve to 'No'.

Conviction must be publicly reported by the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil and confirmed by at least one reputable international news outlet such as (bbc.com)(https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/crkzn5l6jxzo), (cnn.com)(https://www.cnn.com/2025/08/04/americas/brazil-bolsonaro-house-arrest-intl-latam), or (usatoday.com)(https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2025/08/05/brazil-former-president-jair-bolsonaro-house-arrest/85520282007/).

If there is an official acquittal or dismissal of all charges before the deadline, the market will resolve to 'No'.

If credible, authoritative sources are unavailable or contradictory, the market will be resolved at the discretion of Worm's designated resolver based on the preponderance of evidence.
