This market will resolve to 'Yes' if Elon Musk is officially reported to have launched a new company (a newly registered legal entity, not a rebranding or product launch) at any point between 1 January 2026, 00:00 (UTC+00:00) and 31 December 2026, 23:59 (UTC+00:00). Otherwise, 'No'.

If no decisive, verifiable public reporting (official documents or coverage from reputable business media such as Bloomberg, Reuters, CNBC) is available by 7 January 2027, 23:59 (UTC+00:00), this market will resolve to 'No'.

Resolution will be based on official public business filings, company press releases, and reports from major, reputable business media outlets.
