If SpaceX's IPO does not occur or no ticker is publicly announced by 31 December 2026, 23:59 (UTC+00:00), this market resolves to 'No'.

Resolution will be based on the first public confirmation published by the stock exchange hosting the IPO or the official SEC filing.
